Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, city and state, vehicle preferences, budget and timing, financing preferences, employment or business income details you choose to share, and anything you type into a form or send by text or email.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring site. We use this to keep the site secure and understand which pages are useful.

To respond to your request, source vehicles, present financing options, submit credit applications you authorize, arrange delivery, send service updates, and - if you opt in - send our monthly deal newsletter.

Lenders, banks and credit unions when you ask us to seek financing; franchise and independent dealers when we locate a vehicle for you; transport, insurance and titling partners needed to complete a delivery; and service providers who host our website, CRM, email and analytics tools. We do not sell your personal information.

A credit application is only submitted with your authorization. Credit reports and scores obtained in connection with an application are used solely to evaluate financing and are handled under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time with the link in each email, reply STOP to text messages, and request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with privacy laws have additional rights to access, delete, correct and opt out of sharing; we honor those requests for everyone.

We use industry-standard safeguards, restrict access to those who need it, and keep information only as long as needed for the purpose collected or as required by law. No transmission over the internet is fully secure.
